About Vaishali Cooper
Vaishali Cooper, PA-C, a dedicated board-certified Physician Assistant, is passionate about holistic patient care. Graduating from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and later earning her Master of Physician Assistant Practice degree from Campbell University, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice.
With a focus on building trusting relationships, Vaishali emphasizes active listening and empathy in her approach to patient care. She believes in the mind-body connection and promotes healthy lifestyle choices, strong social bonds, and spirituality to enhance mental well-being.
Having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Vaishali offers effective medication management for a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. She values evidence-based medicine and collaborates with specialists for holistic treatment plans.
Her dedication to integrative psychiatry fosters a safe and stigma-free healing environment for her patients. Outside of work, Vaishali enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops with her husband and mini goldendoodle, Callie, in the Triangle area.
