About Animo Sano Psychiatry
Hi, I’m Mina and my great passion is caring for patients with ADHD.
As a psychiatrist and researcher, I know the dramatic impact ADHD treatment can have on patients' lives. My experience in managing the condition stems from my research while at Emory University and my work at Duke University's Department of Psychiatry where I ran an ADHD-focused outpatient practice. I have since founded Animo Sano Psychiatry to fill a gap in ADHD care. At Animo Sano, we understand that patients come to us seeking treatment for their disorder in order to better pursue their goals and passions. We believe that focusing on you as an individual and hearing your whole story is key to helping you develop an animo sano (healthy mind). I would love for you to experience the benefits of this approach.
The mission of the clinic is to be the best-in-class solution for high-quality and accessible ADHD care.
Our vision is to become a one-stop shop for all things ADHD.

Mina Boazak, MD
Hi, I’m Mina and my great passion is caring for patients with ADHD. As a psychiatrist and researcher, I know the dramatic impact ADHD treatment can have on patients’ lives. My experience in managing the condition stems from my research while at Emory University and my work at Duke University’s Department of Psychiatry where I ran an ADHD-focused outpatient practice.I have since founded Animo Sano Psychiatry to provide the best-in-class behavioral healthcare to our patients. Our provider team understands that patients come to us seeking treatment in order to better pursue their goals and passions. We focus on each patient as an individual, and dedicate the time needed during our patient visits to hear and understand your whole story, which is key to helping all our patients develop an Animo Sano (Healthy Mind). We would love for our patients to experience the benefits of this approach. Animo Sano providers are trained and equipped to help patients address a range of behavioral health conditions, such as Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Sleep Disorders; We also operate a Specialty ADHD Clinic within the practice.

“Seeing patient improvement throughout treatment” is what Maddison describes as her “motivator.” Maddison also describes her family and friends as a source of motivation to “be the best version of myself.” “One of the quotes I live by,” said Maddison, is “it is well.” “To me, accepting what I cannot change during the day and making the best out of a situation allows me to keep a positive outlook throughout my day.”

Adam Jenrola, Nurse Practitioner
Adam is glad and feels blessed to have chosen a career which allows him to contribute to the well-being of others. For Adam, being a mental health provider transcends making a living. It means helping clients improve their mental health by showing empathy and respect, educating them about their symptoms and diagnoses, and working collaboratively with them in choosing best treatment options. Adam understands that, without qualified and empathetic professionals, access to quality mental health care will continue to be a challenge.
Before becoming a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Adam cared for patients as a registered nurse (RN) in different settings, including mental health. He earned his bachelor degree in nursing (BSN) from Chamberlain University and master degree (MSN) from Walden university. He enjoys learning new things, spending time with his family, and traveling.
