  • Telehealth-based patient evaluations/intakes & medication management
  • Collaborative care consultations

  • Valid medical license in the state of North Carolina, Georgia, or Tennessee
  • Provide high-quality, accessible patient care

  • $110,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience, and state licensure). The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s location, relevant experience, and qualifications.
