Animo Sano Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated and visionary Collaborating/Supervising Physician to provide guidance and support to our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This critical role helps ensure the delivery of outstanding mental health care across the country, aligning with our commitment to transforming lives through compassionate, patient-centered services.

Provide supervision, coaching, and support to our team of APPs
Review and co-sign patient charts as required by state regulations
Provide input on clinical protocols and procedures
Collaborate with the rest of the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care
Participate in regular meetings with APPs to provide feedback and guidance
Remain up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and advancements in the field of psychiatry

Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Ability to provide high-quality, accessible patient care
Commitment to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff
Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of our patients

A valid medical license in the state of North Carolina or New York
Experience in psychiatry

$1000 - $1500 per month (state-dependent). The final compensation will be based on the candidate's location, qualifications, and professional experience.
