Ashlyn Gates

Ashlyn Gates, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with several years of clinical experience in psychiatry. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lenoir-Rhyne University.

Ashlyn was drawn to mental health care through personal experiences and a commitment to reducing stigma. Having witnessed the impact of trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety within her own family, she values creating a safe, open environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their needs and concerns.

She provides patient-centered, evidence-based care for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. Ashlyn emphasizes collaboration and ensures that each treatment plan reflects the patient’s goals, preferences, and overall well-being.
