Provide supervision, coaching, and support to our team of APPs
Review and co-sign patient charts as required by state regulations
Provide input on clinical protocols and procedures
Collaborate with the rest of the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care
Participate in regular meetings with APPs to provide feedback and guidance
Remain up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and advancements in the field of psychiatry

Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Ability to provide high-quality, accessible patient care
Commitment to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff
Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of our patients

A valid medical license in any of the following states; NC, TN, and GA
Experience in psychiatry

Animo Sano Psychiatry will reimburse for expenses incurred to expand licensure to Oklahoma, Missouri, Arizona, and Arkansas.
