Collaborating/Supervising Physician for Advanced Practice Providers – Georgia, North Carolina, or Tennessee

Animo Sano Psychiatry is looking for a committed and forward-thinking Collaborating/Supervising Physician to offer mentorship and oversight to our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). By ensuring the delivery of exceptional mental health services nationwide, this role is integral to our mission of transforming lives through compassionate, patient-focused care.

  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to our team of APPs
  • Review and co-sign patient charts as required by state regulations
  • Provide input on clinical protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with the rest of the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care
  • Participate in regular meetings with APPs to provide feedback and guidance
  • Remain up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and advancements in the field of psychiatry

  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to provide high-quality, accessible patient care
  • Commitment to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff
  • Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of our patients

  • A valid medical license in any of the following states; North Carolina, Tennessee, New York, and/or Georgia
  • Experience in psychiatry

  • Animo Sano Psychiatry will reimburse for expenses incurred to expand licensure to Oklahoma, Missouri, Arizona, and Arkansas.

  • $1000 - $1500 per month (state-dependent). The final compensation will be based on the candidate's location, qualifications, and professional experience.
