I specialize in addiction and trauma, and I am trained in providing EMDR therapy. Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to helping individuals, I strive to adopt a person-centered methodology, tailoring our sessions to meet your specific needs. I begin each session by asking, "What do you need from therapy?" to ensure our work is aligned with your goals.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University and have been practicing in the field since 2019. My ideal client is someone who is ready and willing to engage in therapy to enhance their personal growth, leveraging the strengths they already possess. I am particularly interested in addressing underlying trauma to help individuals regain control over their lives.
