About the Speaker
Maren Londahl-Smidt, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent nearly a decade working with driven entrepreneurs, professionals, and high-performing adults who have built impressive lives yet still find themselves quietly stuck in patterns they can’t simply think or achieve their way out of.
She specializes in ADHD, attachment, and the often hidden emotional cost of high achievement, helping clients understand how their relational history and ADHD wiring shape their relationships, self-worth, and how they show up in both business and life.
Maren integrates training in AEDP, EFIT, and Brainspotting to help clients address deeper drivers behind patterns — not just surface-level symptoms. Alongside her clinical work, she is also a cash flow and business strategist and Profit for Keeps® Coach, supporting ADHD therapists in private practice to build sustainable, profitable businesses without burnout.
She brings both professional expertise and her own lived experience with ADHD to her work. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling and has recently returned to horseback riding after a long break.
