Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) Administration
What is this service?
This service covers the clinical administration of long-acting injectable medications. These medications are given as a shot and release slowly over several weeks or a month to provide consistent symptom relief—without the need for daily pills.

Chronic Care Management is ongoing, personalized support for patients living with two or more chronic health conditions, such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, diabetes, or high blood pressure. This care happens between your regular appointments and may include:

- Help manage and reconcile medications
- Coordination with specialists and pharmacies
- 24/7 access to a healthcare professional for urgent needs

Neuropsychological Testing
What is this service?
Neuropsychological testing uses digital, interactive, game-like tasks to assess important areas of brain function such as memory, attention, verbal ability, and reasoning. The results help your provider gain a clearer understanding of your cognitive strengths and challenges, allowing for a more accurate diagnosis and a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Psychological/Neuropsychological Testing Evaluation (CPT 96130, 96132)
- This fee covers the initial core testing session and your provider’s time to review and interpret the results.

- This covers the first session, which includes treatment setup, motor threshold determination, and your initial stimulation.
