  • Telehealth-based patient evaluations/intakes & medication management (in-person options available)
  • Collaborative care consultations

  • Provide high-quality, accessible patient care

  • 20% Admin Time Built Into Your Schedule – A standard workweek includes 32 hours of patient-facing time and 8 hours of dedicated administrative time, ensuring providers have the necessary time for documentation, care coordination, and professional growth.

  • $130,000 – $160,000 annually (based on experience, licensure, and state regulations). The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s location, relevant experience, and qualifications.
