Animo Sano Psychiatry seeks a dedicated and innovative Collaborating/Supervising Physician to provide oversight and guidance to our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in delivering high-quality mental healthcare across the United States. This plays a vital role in our behavioral health care practice, helping us to transform lives through our patient-centered approach.

Provide supervision, coaching, and support to our team of APPs
Review and co-sign patient charts as required by state regulations
Provide input on clinical protocols and procedures
Collaborate with the rest of the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care
Participate in regular meetings with APPs to provide feedback and guidance
Remain up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and advancements in the field of psychiatry

Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Ability to provide high-quality, accessible patient care
Commitment to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff
Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of our patients

A valid medical license in any of the following states: Oklahoma, Missouri, Arizona, and Arkansas
Experience in psychiatry

Competitive compensation
Animo Sano Psychiatry will reimburse for expenses incurred to expand licensure to any of the states listed above that the Supervisor is not currently licensed in, as well as North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.
