Lydia Ramos

Lydia Ramos, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatric care. As an empath, Lydia has a keen interest in wanting to understand people combined with a yearning to help people. This is what led her to pursue a medical career in Psychiatry. Her areas of focus include Autism and ADHD as well as Women’s Mental Health.

Lydia offers patient-centered approach to psychiatric care and believes it’s important to consider all aspects of life that contribute to physical, mental and spiritual health. Lydia take time to get to know patients and consider how nutrition, physical activity, career, hobbies/interests, community , identity/values and other aspects of life impact mental health in addition to considering things like trauma and systems of oppression. She also values a collaborative approach to care, collaborating with other providers to provide optimal, personalized, holistic, multidisciplinary care. 

Lydia’s goal for her patients is to ensure they are heard, honored and empowered along their journey to mental wellbeing.
