Sarah “Sally” Creekmore, PA-C, is a dedicated and compassionate physician assistant specializing in treating and managing various behavioral health conditions. Her areas of expertise include ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, OCD, and Panic attacks. She has extensive experience and a deep understanding of these complex conditions and is committed to providing exceptional care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Sally’s love for medicine and helping people began at a young age. While growing up in Virginia, her grandfather often shared his excitement and love of being a physician with her which she found contagious. She began exploring the idea of becoming a Physician Assistant while completing her Bachelor’s Degree at Virginia Tech. After college, she began working as a scribe in the emergency department and found the same love and excitement for being a medical provider that her grandfather originally shared. She completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Jefferson College of Health Sciences. During that time, she developed a passion for psychiatry and enjoyed getting to know her patients while helping them achieve their goals.
