Lydia takes the time to understand her patients thoroughly, considering factors such as nutrition, physical activity, career, hobbies, community, identity, values, trauma, and systems of oppression in her treatment plans.

She emphasizes the importance of therapy as a first-line treatment for many psychiatric conditions and is well-versed in local resources for comprehensive care. Specializing in a range of conditions, that includes ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, OCD, and Women’s Mental Health, Lydia's patient-centered approach honors the partnership with her patients on their journey to wellness. She treats adolescents, starting at age 14, and adults, and aims to empower individuals to achieve optimal mental health and well-being through personalized, multidisciplinary care.
