Sally’s love for medicine and helping people began at a young age. While growing up in Virginia, her grandfather often shared his excitement and love of being a physician with her which she found contagious. She began exploring the idea of becoming a Physician Assistant while completing her Bachelor’s Degree at Virginia Tech. After college, she began working as a scribe in the emergency department and found the same love and excitement for being a medical provider that her grandfather originally shared. She completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Jefferson College of Health Sciences. During that time, she developed a passion for psychiatry and enjoyed getting to know her patients while helping them achieve their goals.

Maddison Henley, PA-C, is a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant, with a profound commitment to mental health care. Having earned her Bachelor’s degree and completed her Physician Assistant studies at Mercer University in 2021, Maddison embarked on her journey in outpatient behavioral health care, where she has been making a meaningful impact since.
With a focus on ADHD, Women’s Issues, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Maddison’s expertise lies in providing holistic and empathetic care to her patients. They also have an energetic golden retriever and two cats at home. Kelly Zoe Pruitt, “LCMHC”, specializes in working with patients who are struggling with a range of mental health conditions. She earned her Master’s in Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, and has been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) since 2013.
