What should I expect when enrolled in the ASP-CoCM program?
- You will engage with your primary care provider for treatment and the behavioral health care manager for follow ups.
- You may engage with a psychiatric specialist when needed, but this is not required as part of the program.
- There will be several check in points to make sure that treatment is effective and to make changes to the treatment plan when needed.
- Enrollment in the program varies in length depending on the response to treatment.
