It’s a quest to discover those unique individuals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients. If you know someone who fits this description, we encourage you to refer them to us.
Our Referral Program is not just an invitation but also an opportunity for you to contribute to the growth of our community of care. Here’s how it works:
1. Second Interview Stage Reward: If your referral progresses to the second stage of our interview process, we express our gratitude with a $50 reimbursement as a token of our appreciation.
2. Hiring Reward: If we hire your referral and they remain with our team for at least three months, we honor your contribution further. For therapists or advanced practice providers, we offer a generous $500 reward. For psychiatrists, the reward is an impressive $1,500.
